HOW LONG DOES AN AVERAGE COMPUTER SERVICE CALL TAKE?

I've found that depending on the complexity of the issue we are dealing with, most problems can be resolved in 1-2 hours. Some may require additional time - for example, ording replacement parts or software - and scheduling a time to come back and install them. If you have a time restriction, please let me know when I schedule you and I will do my utmost to hit that mark on time or less.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I currently accept most major credit cards and hope to offer other methods soon such as Venmo and Paypal. Please let me know if you have specific needs in this area. Currently, I send an invoice by email to you after my services are known and there are credit card links you can click on in the pdf that take you to my payment site. If you have any questions or problems, please let me know. I want to make this part of the process as speedy and painless as possible.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?

I find most hardware and software my customers need on Amazon. I am always looking for the best way to keep costs for my customers down while providing the best service possible. If you need something special, I can often work something out with all the sources I have available to me. Sometimes, you just have to know where to look!
